Accelerate (XLR8) is the Godfirst youth for school years 7-13, where young people can build positive relationships with one another, explore the Christian faith, and be equipped to live as followers of Jesus in the challenging secular world they inhabit.
Youth have Sunday sessions alternative weeks. The programme involves fun and games and interactive bible activities that broadly follow the Sunday main meeting teaching series. Youth stay in the main meeting every other week to help them grow as part of the adult church.
We always aim to keep your youth safe at Godfirst, so we operate a tight Safeguarding Policy and all team leaders are trained and DBS checked. A copy of our safeguarding policy is available on request. All our activities are subject to robust risk assessments.
